The Managing Director has rich marketing experience prior to starting this business venture. He was with Indian Drugs & Pharmaceuticals as well as Sarabhai Chemicals in their Pharmaceutical divisions as a field executive in TamilNadu and Kerala. After a successful stint in these firms he commenced the diagnostics business with an agency in South India for biochemistry reagents. He has now grown it into an organization operating in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh with multiple divisions in Clinical Chemistry, Immunology and Life Sciences. He is also currently the Treasurer of the Association of Medical Devices & Diagnostic Suppliers of India.
Mr. R. Panchanath joined CPC after an eight-year stint in Indian Bank as an officer. He has guided the firm for its financial needs, while using his marketing skills to good use in establishing substantial business for the company in Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh. He is a self-taught electronics expert who nurtured and developed our customer support division. He now guides the team in CPC’s new venture of manufacturing Haematology analyzers at CPC Medical Systemz located in Chennai.
Ms. Malini Kailasnath started the multiple responsibilities of procurement, distribution, administration and training. With her background in Psychology, she also effectively manages the HR Department.
Raman will provide leadership in the overall performance of the Everlife platform, including M&A strategy, driving company and principal performance and realizing synergies across Everlife’s portfolio of companies.
Raman has over 25 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical, Hospital Healthcare and Medical Device sectors with leading healthcare MNCs in Asia.
In his previous position as Senior Vice President for India & South-East Asia with Smith & Nephew, Raman built a foundation of strong growth, sustainably gaining shares across businesses in five years while increasing margins.
Raman brings expertise in developing and executing business growth strategies across industry segments and geographies.
Over the course of two decades he has built strong teams in complex dynamic environments, delivering sustainable financial and operating success. Prior to Smith & Nephew, he held leadership roles at Baxter and Allergan.
As Head of Business Development and M&A , Amit provides overall leadership for product vertical and segment expertise. He is responsible for product sourcing, validation and principal engagements for Everlife’s platform companies. He also leads M&A initiatives, where he is responsible for identification and diligence of potential targets. He has over 30 years of healthcare experience including clinical, operational, M&A, MedTech and investment expertise. At GE Healthcare, he held several senior leadership roles in India, US and China over a period of 14 years.
Amit also was the Asia head of Healthcare Investments at Avenue Capital, where he invested in China and India over a period of 7 years. He also currently sits on the board of 2 healthcare companies.
Amit is a physician by training and holds a postgraduate degree in Nuclear Medicine from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai, India
Ms. Bhuvana Panchanath joined CPC after many years of managing bunches of ebullient school children. With her skills in inter-personal relationship she has efficiently built an effective and “quick response” team.Currently Bhuvana has Stepped down from the board and continues as a director
Mr Sridhar has over three decades of experience in the areas of business operations, management consulting, sales, and project management. He is presently an independent Change Management consultant, and works closely with the owners/ Directors of organizations to create appropriate strategies for growth, and oversee their execution.He has worked with companies such as National Institute for Smart Government, Polyplex Corporation, Oracle, Watson Wyatt, EID Parry, Petromin (Saudi Arabia), Technip (France), and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation, in a variety of roles.He has previously consulted with the Indian government, such as the ministries of Health, Home Affairs, Excise and Income Tax, and Water Resources, on the formulation of appropriate IT strategies and their implementation.He has experience on the implementation of SAP ERP and Salesforce.com CRM solution.He has a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
Mr. K. R. Ganapathy retired as the President from the Murugappa Group after a chequered career spanning 43 years. He continues on their family board and currently is also on the board of Lotte, the Korean confectionery group that presently owns the Parry’s confectionery brand. With his rich all round experience he guides CPC in strategic planning, policy matters as well as in Human Resources Development.
Mr. R. Subbarayan brings in years of experience, starting with the family Pharmaceutical company and then 31 years with Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd. where he retired as Marketing and Sales Director. He advises CPC in strategic planning, customer development and in product and service innovation.
Mr. A. K. Narayan, a Chartered Accountant, has held positions in finance management prior to starting his own financial advisory firm. He is also the current President of the Tamil Nadu Investor’s Association. Mr. Narayan advises CPC on finance management.
With over 19 years of experience in Pharma marketing of leading companies like Sarabhai Chemicals, Themis and Mayo India, Mr Valsan worked his way up from a Professional Service Rep to Marketing Manager with all India exposure. Having joined CPC Diagnostics in 1997 as Business Manager in charge of IVD Reagents he has been Instrumental in establishing brand IDENTI reagents which has gone to stamp the company’s legacy in biochemistry reagents. In his later phase he took charge of the regulatory department, and established a seam less coordination with the authorities. He also helped CPC Diagnostics establish its manufacturing operations in the capacity of a general manager. Currently he is continuing to support the organisation as an advisor in the regulatory affairs.
A proud alumnus of Madras Medical College, Mr Bharathwajan has over 22 years experience in the pharma industry over various capacities. With major time spent with Nicholas Piramal he has helped establish institutional business through Government accounts and major tenders. Has successfully helped his company in the acquisition process by 2 major MNC’s such as Roche and BK. Worked 5 years in Sana'a in Republic of Yemen taking care of WHO and other International Tenders for entire Middle East and African countries. Established a distribution network and supply chains for the second biggest corporate group i.e. Thabet Group of Companies.With over 18 years experience in CPC Diagnostics for Instrumentations, Reagents and Clinical Lab operations. Managed all Key and Super Key accounts and also taken care of Major Tenders & Govt business and also Total Purchases & Inventory including outstanding .He currently consults the company in various projects in his role as an advisor.
TK Prasanth is a veteran in the field of diagnostics with more than 25 years with experience , predominantly in the IVD industry. Having worked in different capacities across India, he understands the intricacies and requirements of the different markets. With in – depth knowledge and expertise in Instrumentation , Hematology and Channel Partner Management , he has facilitated CPC’s foray into many different countries. Currently working out of Chennai, Mr.Prasanth is Vice President- New Business Development and Exports .
With more than two decades experience in the diagnostic industry ,Mr.Gopinathan has acquired significant “know-how” of how the industry functions. With domain knowledge in niche areas such Analytical & Preanalytical automation, he is a valuable asset to the organisation. He has successfully developed and implemented crucial marketing strategies and continues to play an active role in training and development. Currently based in Chennai, Gopinathan is Vice President - Key Accounts and Customer Support
Mr.Satheesh Babu brings to the table a wealth of experience acquired over several years of working exclusively in the diagnostic industry. He has worn many hats in sales and marketing and has remarkable acumen in scouting for new products to cater to the divergent Indian market.A keen learner, he is a power-house of knowledge in the clinical chemistry segment. Currently based in Chennai, Satheesh Babu is Vice President – Sales and Knowledge management.
Mr.Suresh Chandrasekharan comes with rich and versatile experience in the healthcare Industry . He has travelled around the world identifying cutting- edge technology products to market and promote. Having acquired valuable skills in both sales and marketing, he has created winning teams and launched various successful brands.Being an avid reader and also a writer, Mr.Suresh has co-authored a hand book for autoimmun disease testing. Mr.Suresh based in Bangalore is Vice President – Sales and Knowledge management.
V.Ramesh has completed more than 20 years in the company. By creating a sturdy set of checks and balances and by adopting sound financial practices has kept the company’s balance sheet healthy , year on year. As Vice – President Finance and IT services he heads a knowledgeable team of Finance & IT professionals.
Armed with a post graduate degree in Biochemistry, Mr.Srini joined as an Application Specialist and never looked back. Travelling across India and abroad , he acquired skills in evaluation and audit. He took charge as Head – Customer Support and was closely involved in developing the i-track remote facility from concept to reality. Today, he is General Manager of Jeev Diagnostics , which is our JV with Awareness Technology USA for manufacturing Clinical Chemistry and hematology reagents in India.

Starting off in Bangalore, Alex was the first person from the south to move to north of the Vindhyas .He has kept the CPC flag flying high, at the top hospitals and laboratory chains, in both Northern and Western India. Mr.Ravi joined as a customer support engineer and quickly established his credentials as a successful sales manager.Honing his skills in customer relations and sales management, he rose to the position of General Manager Sales and successfully established Brand CPC in different accounts in Southern India.Currently based out of Hyderabad Ravi is the business unit head of Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka and Telangana
Abhay Kumar is a post-graduate & an MBA ( Marketing ) from Pune University.After a stint at a multi national healthcare company he joined CPC as a Product Manager. He has been trained in Immunodiagnostics in Germany and has acquired accumen in Clinical Chemistry and Hematology.Currently based out of Kolkata he is the business unit head for Eastern India

Mr.Eswarakrishnan began his career in sales in CPC in 2005 .In the past 12 years, he has worked predominantly in the clinical chemistry division and has established valuable contacts with hospital heads and technicians. After a successful stint as Region Manager for Tamil nadu, he took charge as Head for sales and service of entry level automtion and channel partner management for the four southern states. Currently based out of bhuneshwar he is the Business Manager for developing markets in Odisha, Chhattisgarh & Jharkhand
Naveen Kumar is a Postgraduate in Biotechnology and Quality Management. He is a suave technical wizard having years of experience in handling sales, technical and application support in Immunodiagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics and Clinical Chemistry. He has considerable experience and knowledge to handle large accounts in Govt. Institutions. Currently based in Delhi , Naveen heads the Business Unit of Northern India .
Mr.Aju Mathew heads the R & D team in the manufacturing wing of CPC. With more than 15 years of experience in the field of Embedded Technology,Firmware development ,Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mr.Mathew specializes in the Design and Development of IVD and pre-analytical automation.
Vivek Kailasnath , a computer science post- graduate ,has more than 12 years experience handling various positions in the IT wing of CPC. An Open Source enthusiast, Vivek has been involved in the design and development all the software requirements and in preparation of GUIs of the indigenous instruments manufactured by CPC. Vivek has also been instrumental in giving his inputs to CPC’s various IT requirements from remote maintenance to secondary sales data. Currently based in Chennai, Vivek heads the IT Team.
Mr.Suraj Kumar is the Head of our Customer Support Division and is based in Chennai. His department is responsible for recruitment and training of all engineers . He supervises the functioning our remote maintenance outfit and our in – house service facility. His department conducts continues audit of all the field engineers’ technical skills , addresses quality control issues and devises training programmes for skill upgradation for staff and even customers.
A graduate in Bsc Chemistry and an MBA in marketing, He has worked for more than 10 years in the automobile business handling stints with Maruti Suzuki in Kerala and with Hero Motocorp in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha and Uttar Pradesh as a regional head in sales. Currently based out of chennai he is in charge of marketing and planning.
Mohideen is a graduate in Mathematics and a post graduate in Human Resources & Industrial Relations. After a couple of stints in a Public Limited company & retail chain, he joined in 2006. He is the first employee in the HR department and has been instrumental in designing HR policies & processes at different stages. He now operates with a three member team of HR professionals who organise training , induction and culture building programmes for all staff. He is most passionate about identifying the right talent and fit for the company.
Armed with a graduate degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate in HR. Mr.S.V.Govindan, started his career in CPC at Pondicherry branch as a lone representative. With 19 years of rich experience in Supply chain management he currently heads the Logistics and Distribution department operations of pan India with CSA & branch offices at various locations.
Ali Akbar Shikari joined CPC as a fresher in 2008 and has spent more than a decade with CPC handling various assignments in different parts of Western India. A Masters in Biotechnology, Ali has been a quick learner with a ‘never say die’ attitude. Today Ali heads the Western India operations as a Business Manager.
